McKenna Associates, Corp. (MAC) has solid experience in each of our chosen fields. Our client base spans market industries including: Retail, Food, Franchising, and Service companies.
2005: Back in consulting again at a reduced pace with a stint associating with other consultants on joint projects. We have also become an integral part of Sophie's Cuban Cuisine and its growth into franchising.
2002: The Franchise Real Estate was sold and the company downsized during the post - 911 recession with Jim rebuilding a medium sized company for a client on a thirty month contract. We filled out the schedule with several consulting assignments and guest lectures.
1994: A subsidiary, The Franchise Real Estate Institute, was added with consulting, training, and seminars in the areas of Market Planning, Site Selection, Encroachment Impact, and Development Department management.
1993: After a long and successful corporate career, Jim started McKenna Associates to provide training and consulting services to franchised companies.
